We want all our employees to grow with us as our children do so we are committed to their training and development. There is no experience necessary (but would be beneficial in the relevant qualification) you will be expected to complete a Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care in Children and Young people within two years of employment, attend full and half day training courses and team meetings and take your career and professional development seriously.

We have recently signed up for the 'ride to work' scheme where all employees can purchase heavily discounted bicycles and accessories from Halfords. There are incentives for being nominated for employee of the quarter and for winning suggestions from our suggestion boxes. There will also be promotion opportunities within the company.
